The showrooms of The New Mart are open Monday through Friday, and by appointment, to the wholesale trade.

We do not ask buyers to pre-register for entrance to our building.

The Los Angeles Athletic Club offers a preferred rate of $122 to our customers, tenants and associates. The LAAC was established in 1880 as Los Angeles' first private downtown club, and those classic standards are still maintained today. The special New Mart rate includes beautiful guestrooms featuring robes and coffee makers, amenities upon arrival, complimentary full breakfast and full use of the business center and the LAAC's outstanding athletic facilities including their pool.
