Michel Amar is an entrepreneur and expert in the fashion industry. For the last 28 years, Michel has worked and consulted with some of themes famous French brands and developed their leather garments, handbags, and accessories lines. In 2014 Michel opened NYAM Licensing Agency, which is based in West Hollywood, CA.

NYAM held the BCBG handbag license for 2015 and 2016. Since 2016, NYAM has held the BeBe handbag license and designs, produces, and sells it’s own products under that brand. NYAM also obtained Catherine Malandrino license for handbags, as well as the Joan Vas’s license for handbags and luggage. Nyam’s most recently received license to Kensie candles in 2021.
